Returns
We have a no return/exchange policy on all regular orders. However, if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide an unboxing video showing the complete contents of the package from start to finish. Photos alone will not be accepted.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 1-3 working days after receiving the returned item. The refund amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment or the shared account details.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so within 7 days of delivery. The same video requirement as returns applies for exchanges as well.
Please note, we do not have a pickup facility. You will need to arrange courier shipment back to us, and we will reimburse courier charges only up to Rs 100.
Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been:
Physically damaged by you
Altered from their original state based on your specifications
Worn or used
Fast & Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within India. Products are dispatched within 1-2 business days, and delivery takes 3-4 additional business days depending on your location. Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday.
